Production Operator

Our client, based in Bridgend, is looking for a number of experienced production operatives to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis.

Responsibilities:
– Operate and maintain production equipment in a manufacturing environment
– Follow standard operating procedures to ensure quality and efficiency
– Use hand tools and power tools to assemble products
– Maintain a clean and organized work area

The Candidate:
– Have experience in a similar role
– Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools and power tools
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Good communication skills
