RSW are proud to be working alongside our client based in Maesteg. They are looking for a Purchase Ledge Clerk to join their team on a temporary basis.

The Role:

  • Processing all purchase invoices and credit notes
  • Running monthly supplier payments and any ad hoc payments
  • Take ownership of the purchase ledger inbox
  • Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Set up new supplier accounts
  • Maintain strong business relationships with suppliers
  • Provide cover and support for the sales ledger and credit control as and when needed
  • Provide additional support to the finance team

The Candidate:

  • Experience of working within a busy financial department is essential
  • Previous experience running a sales ledger
  • Be able to work Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm
